About the role
ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in D2C e-commerce to drive profitable growth through paid marketing. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, platform expertise, and execution discipline. You will manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, make data-driven decisions, and ensure that marketing investments translate into sustainable revenue and profitability. A strong understanding of unit economics, attribution, and campaign measurement is essential. Experience in the apparel or fashion industry will be preferred.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Own and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Plan, manage, and optimise advertising budgets to achieve business targets for ROAS, CAC, MER, and contribution margins.
- Analyse unit economics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (LTV), and contribution margins (CM1/CM2), to evaluate campaign profitability.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to improve efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
- Build and optimise full-funnel marketing strategies to acquire new customers, improve conversions, and drive repeat purchases.
- Develop a strong understanding of attribution models and measurement frameworks to evaluate the actual impact of marketing investments.
- Monitor and improve tracking accuracy using tools such as GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyse campaign, audience, and creative performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to test ad creatives, messaging, formats, and audience approaches.
- Conduct structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies, documenting learnings and implementing successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics, monitor trends, and support decision-making.
- Maintain disciplined execution through regular performance reviews, structured experimentation, and timely optimisation.
- Stay updated on advertising platform changes, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to improve campaign performance.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with mandatory hands-on experience in D2C e-commerce.
- Strong expertise in managing and optimising campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of unit economics and business profitability, including CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, LTV, and contribution margins.
- Good knowledge of attribution models, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement, with the ability to interpret platform-reported performance against actual business results.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable decisions.
- A structured and disciplined approach to campaign management, reporting, experimentation, and follow-through.
- Ability to take ownership of campaign performance and balance revenue growth with profitability.
- Experience working with Shopify-based e-commerce brands and understanding online purchase funnels is preferred.
- Experience in the apparel, fashion, or lifestyle industry is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
