About the role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in the Packaging Industry to support sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, production, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, sales documentation, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales teams and customers for order processing and updates.
- Handle sales coordination activities including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch coordination.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with production, operations, and logistics teams for timely delivery of packaging products.
- Track customer requirements, order status, and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain data accuracy and update records in Tally.
- Support the sales team with reports, documentation, and day-to-day coordination.
- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth communication with clients.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator/Sales Support Executive in the Packaging Industry.
- Good understanding of packaging products, sales processes, and customer coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally is mandatory.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities.
- Good organisational and documentation skills.
- Education: Graduate (preferred).
