About the role
- Help process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliver
- coordination with labs or logistics to prepare and send fragrance samples
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, production, customer service, regulatory).
- Field inquiries via email or phone and resolve any order or product issues
- Update sales forecasts, track performance (sell-in, sell-out), and prepare regular reports or presentations
- Support commercial or area managers with planning, especially around promotions or new launches.
- Monitor project timelines and progress, ensure deadlines are met, and anticipate potential roadblocks.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, launch events, or sampling initiatives.
RequirementsExperience of minimum 1 year as a Sales Coordinator
