Designation: Sales ExecutiveExperience: Fresher to 2 years of experienceLocation: Bangalore, HSR LayoutWork Type: Hybrid (Should be available to report to office when required)Working Days: 6 days per weekWeek Off: Weekly off will be provided between Monday to Friday only. Candidates must work on Saturdaysand Sundays due to high customer engagement during these days.
Roles & Responsibilities:● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.● Call on the provided database to generate revenue and increase the customer base.● Handle Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound/Cold Calling, Client RelationshipManagement, and related tasks.● Maintain documentation and communicate customer queries and details to relevant stakeholders.● Contribute to team effort by achieving assigned goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.● Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication skills to connect with customerspassionately.
Requirements:● Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA ispreferred.● Experience: Fresher to 1 yrs of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing.● Communicate: Effectively in Kannada (Must), Telugu ( Preferable) English, Hindi (Preferable)● Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to adapt quickly tomarket changes and work in a fast-paced environment.● Notice Period: Immediately available.
