About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who can inspire teams, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide training, support, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Identify, engage, and close enterprise- and corporate-client, including SMEs, large corporations, and multinational companies.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, and channel networks.
- Conduct market research and territory mapping to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR, admin, and MD).
