About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers and business in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
- Visit contractors, builders, consultants, fabricators, site engineers, and dealers.
- Generate leads and inquiries and convert them into orders.
- Promote ICFS Chemical Anchors, Wedge Anchors, Nylon Anchors, Drop-in Anchors, and related products.
- Develop new projects and a dealer network.
- Conduct site visits, product trials, and demonstrations.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain regular customer visits and update sales reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-5 years in B2B/field sales.
- Experience in construction chemicals, fasteners, hardware, or building materials preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Should be aggressive, energetic, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a driving license.
- Freshers with a strong sales attitude can also apply.
