About the role

Duties and Responsibilities

·Working towards monthly and daily targets

·Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.

·Excellent work ethic and time management skills.

·Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

·Ensure adherence to SOP at store.

·Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.

·Assist store manager in Stock Management.

·Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.

Requirements

Key Task:

·Sales

oInviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)

oIntroduce customer to the concept of MYOP.

oDemonstrating and presenting products

oSupport the customer to identify the right perfume.

·Store cleanliness and merchandising.

·Stock Audits

·DSR and Daily checklists

·Placing stock request to HO

·Validating and receiving stock.

·Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

·Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.

·Freshers can also apply.

·Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales

Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages
