Guidelines for sharing profiles:

1. The candidate should have strong functional competence in sales – Strong Personal selling skills, DBR & team management, Channel management skills, decent analytical skills, problem solving and objection handling skills etc.
2. Kindly do not forward/shortlist profiles who have less than 3 years of non-foods FMCG experience.
3. The candidate should have decent & good stability as we recruit for long term and not job hoppers.
4. At least one stint in one reputed company he/she should have done a tenure of 3+ years.
5. The candidate should have worked at least in one reputed organization in his entire career for the relevant experience.
6. The candidate should exhibit attitude & good energy level and should be able to handle unambiguous situations in the job.
7. The candidate should have an aggressive growth-oriented mindset and wants to work for his professional pride and not for the targets given.
