About the role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and direct clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to track customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of field sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
