About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter who can effectively partner with hiring managers, understand business requirements, and drive end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to translate hiring needs into actionable recruitment strategies, and a proven track record of closing positions across functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.* Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.* Conduct candidate screening and preliminary assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.* Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.* Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)* Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
