About the role
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with domestic and international travel plans.
- Booking flights, hotels and customised holiday packages.
- Managing reservations and handling customer queries.
- Ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in travel consulting / B2C travel sales preferred.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of travel bookings (flights, hotels, packages)
- Background in Travel and Tourism / Hospitality is a plus.
