About the client: Our client is a leading global agricultural enterprise with a presence in India, specializing in life sciences, healthcare, and sustainable farming. The company's primary goal is to empower farmers and promote biodiversity for the betterment of society. We partnered with them to develop a talent management and sales operation solution tailored to their business needs.

Challenge: Our client's primary challenge was to optimize their workforce management and sales operations, including hiring, onboarding, and deploying field officers and supervisors, as well as monitoring daily sales reports and executing market development activities. They also needed to provide regular training on soft skills and product training to their employees.

Solution Brief: To address our client's challenges, we designed and implemented a direct-to-consumer route, agile, and adaptable outsourcing solution. Our solution included:

  1. Tailored workforce management: We optimized workforce management and deployment as per the client's seasonal and business requirements, leading to less than 2% attrition.

  2. Mobile app-based system: We developed and implemented a mobile app-based system to automate workforce management and increase productivity, transparency, and reporting for better decision-making.

  3. Frequent training on soft skills: We provided periodic training on soft skills and product training to improve employee performance and effectiveness.

  4. Performance review and merit increase program: We implemented quarterly performance reviews and a yearly merit increase program to support career development.
