About the role
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through voice and chat to understand their requirements.
- Promote and explain services to convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales (B2C/B2B/Inside Sales).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Open to Graduates and Undergraduates.
- Must be comfortable with both Voice and Chat-based interaction.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
