About the role
Responsibilities:
- Generate Home Loan leads through field sales and business development.
- Build relationships with builders, developers, brokers, channel partners & DSAs.
- Meet customers, understand loan requirements, and guide them through the loan process.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily lead reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate, or Home Loans.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, Banking Sales, or Real Estate Sales is a plus.
