About the role
Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet with interior decorators and architects to establish long-term partnerships.
- Educate designers on our premium glass and mirror product lines through consultative demonstrations.
- Translate creative design visions into technical production requirements for the floor team.
- Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality lead nurturing.
- Prioritize client satisfaction and design integrity over "quick sales" to maintain brand reputation.
