Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in SEO and Digital Marketing services sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with bidding platforms such as Upwork and should be capable of generating leads, communicating with international clients, and converting prospects into long-term business opportunities.

• Generate new business opportunities for SEO, Digital Marketing, and Web/Mobile Development services.
  

• Identify potential clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  

• Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and customized solutions according to client requirements.
  

• Communicate with clients through chat, calls, and emails to understand project scope.
  

• Convert the leads into successful business deals.
  

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  

• Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  

• Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
  

• Experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
  

• Strong understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, and IT services.
  

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  

• Ability to analyze client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  

• Experience in lead generation and client conversion.
  

• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines will be an advantage.
