About the Role We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 4–5 years of experience to lead and manage our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end digital marketing activities, managing a team, and driving business growth through effective online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies. • Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaigns. • Plan and monitor lead generation campaigns. • Oversee website performance and content marketing. • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports. • Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI. • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies. • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Managerial Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team. • Assign tasks and monitor team performance. • Set marketing goals and ensure timely execution. • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives. • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. • 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing. • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, and Content Marketing. • Experience in team handling and campaign management. • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
