About the role
We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the HR function at our Siliguri, West Bengal, office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for AI/ML, Full Stack/MERN, DevOps, QA, Product, Sales, and Support roles.
- Manage interview coordination, offers, salary negotiations, and candidate experience.
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, exits, and full and final settlements.
- Maintain HRMS, employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and POSH.
- Develop HR policies, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Drive performance reviews, employee engagement, recognition programs, and team events.
- Conduct pulse surveys and support employee retention initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the HR executive and HR trainee.
- Support workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and HR reporting.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in technical recruitment.
- Experience in an IT, SaaS, or product/technology company.
- Good understanding of technical roles such as AI/ML, software development, and DevOps.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and ATS.
- Strong communication and HR documentation skills.
- An MBA/PG diploma in HR or equivalent qualification is preferred.
