About the role
Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Hyderabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in HR operations and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees- Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover and retention rates- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations- Handle employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems- Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- 4+ years of experience in HR operations- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
