About the role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client onboarding, and end-to-end sales processes, preferably in the US IT staffing industry.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the US IT staffing domain.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Handle end-to-end sales activities from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Schedule and conduct introductory calls and meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Client Onboarding and Relationship Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and client satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
Reporting and Coordination:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM/tools.
- Share regular updates on pipeline status, conversions, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development/Lead Generation.
- Experience or understanding of US IT Staffing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
