commercial office space to large MNC’s, startups; warehousing space to logistics companies and
storage companies; to helping in purchasing residential homes, finding land for developing and
arranging for funding for developers – the company is engaged with the real estate client in every
aspect.
Team Member Role: Manager/Assistant Manager - Real Estate Transaction
What would the work Entail:
- 4+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography
- Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with Key Account Clients and Key Decision makers in the industry.
- Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients.
- Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement.
- Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.
- Manage the transaction process end–to–end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures
- Responsible for the individual/ team’s P&L

- Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, Confident, Collaborative, able to multitask, highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent with MS excel, word and PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the development of goodrelationships with both clients and colleagues
- Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction and client management
