About the role
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities with hiring managers.
- Ensure accurate payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate the annual performance review cycle and learning and development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement programs, HR communications, and employee relations.
- Maintain HRMS, employee records, HR dashboards, and monthly MIS reports.
- Oversee office administration, including facilities, housekeeping, pantry, seating, stationery, travel coordination, and workplace upkeep.
- Manage HR and administration vendors and review invoices, renewals, and service delivery.
- Support audits, policy implementation, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with finance, IT, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure seamless HR operations.
