About the role
We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our Medical Operations and their families to explain our crowdfunding platform and support them in starting medical campaigns. You will play a critical role in helping people raise funds for life-saving treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to inbound and referred leads (patients/caregivers).
- Explain how medical crowdfunding works and assist with onboarding.
- Build trust and empathy with patients and families.
- Meet daily and monthly conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and soft skills.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with medical cases.
- Prior telesales or customer support experience preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
- Graduate preferred, but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
