About the role
About Us
At Jeavio, we believe in building a people-first, value-driven culture where ownership, learning, openness, and continuous growth are part of how we work.
As part of our HR team, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on HR professional who enjoys working across the employee lifecycle — from HR operations and employee interactions to engagement and people initiatives.Role Overview
This role is for someone who has built a solid HR foundation over the last 3–5 years and is now ready to take greater ownership, bring ideas to the table, use technology and AI thoughtfully.
Key Responsibilities
●Own day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, leave & attendance, HRIS management and data accuracy.
●Serve as a first point of contact for employees, handling HR queries and ensuring a responsive and professional employee experience.
●Drive and support Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition and culture initiatives, bringing creativity and fresh ideas to execution.
●Collaborate with HR Leads and Managers on employee development, recognition and other people initiatives.
●Leverage HRIS, Google Workspace and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, communication, reporting and overall effectiveness.
●Take end-to-end ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively following through and ensuring timely closure.
●Represent HR and the organization professionally across inductions, employee interactions, events and other forums.
Security & Compliance
●Follow ISO 27001, data privacy, and internal security policies.
●Ensure proper access, documentation, and employee onboarding/offboarding controls.
●Support HR audits and compliance activities.
What We’re Looking For
●3–5 years of hands-on generalist HR experience, in an IT or technology-driven organization, with exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR operations and employee engagement.
●Strong spoken and written English, interpersonal skills and professional etiquette, with confidence in interacting with people across levels.
●A curious, creative and driven mindset with a willingness to learn, and find better ways of doing things.
●Strong sense of ownership, accountabilityintegrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
●Working knowledge of labour codes and compliance requirements relevant to day-to-day HR operations.
What We Offer
●The opportunity to take ownership, experiment with ideas and make a visible impact, rather than simply execute established processes.
●A strong learning environment with exposure across different areas of HR and opportunities to continuously build your capabilities.
●The opportunity to work closely with managers and leadership, gaining broader exposure to people and organizational priorities.
●A supportive workplace built on trust, transparency and mutual respect.
●The chance to be part of a growing, forward-thinking technology organization where HR plays an active role in shaping employee experience and culture.
